Beginning of video is pixelated?

This is the first time this happened to me. Can someone please look at this video:

The very beginning is a still picture then the video starts after the transition.
In preview and playback on computer is is flawless.
Soon as I upload it pixalates.

If it plays Ok on your computer, it must be something YouTube is doing when they encode it. If you use PD to upload it, you might try producing the video and then uploading it at YouTube. I started using a constant bitrate when using photos because I seem to get better quality, but that looks like a different issue. __________________________________
