Crashing on startup

My newly installed PD11 crashes on startup about 9x out of 10.

It does not give any error code, but just pops up a message saying it is sending info about the crash to the company each time.

What to do?

First thing to try is update Quicktime.
Next, go to the stickies here and submit a DXdiag file as an attachment here. The Dxdiag is a tiny little function in your computer that tells us a great deal about your hardware and drivers.
