How to turn off "snap" in the preview window

I should be able to find this, but haven't been able to. I'm trying to line up multiple images, some with masking, and can't move one of them because it's automatically "sticking" to edge of the preview window. In other programs, it is called snap & glue, which is generally a great feature, but I need to turn it off to line these things up. Can someone tell me how to turn off the "snap & glue" feature? I can't find it in the settings.

Doh! One place I didn't think of. I kept thinking it would be in the Settings.

Greatly appreciated. It was driving me nuts.
