VST plugins for WaveEditor
[Post New]
Hello all!
I am a bit confused with finding any VST plugins for the Cyberlink WaveEditor.
Is there a specific link or product that I can download that you are using that would work with WE?
I can edit and add VST effects with Reaper or Audacity but wanted to have the convenience of having certain VST effects available in the WaveEditor as well.
Thanks all!

Robert

I found this plugin from a prior post here on the forums!

The 32bit dll worked and is showing now on WaveEditor.

Hi Primus2112 -

As far as I know, this hasn't been raised much in the forum so there's not a great wealth of knowledge & experience to draw on here.

Some VST plug in sites are noted here http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/24693.page#134343 and the thread you mentioned is here http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/23143.page

Personally I haven't done enough testing of VST plug-ins in Wave Editor or Audio Director to offer much advice - except to say that some work very well & some aren't worth the bother. I believe that's what Barry was asking in that thread... but we have a bit of a lack of information on the topic.

Cheers - Tony

This most definitely one of the things I would like to address. Perhaps D-Zone would have a ROOM for this, or maybe it's something for my site. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.

Hey Robert -

When you finish playing with them & testing how they work for you in Wave Editor, why not post your findings here?

Other members might join in with their own findings about different VST plug-ins.

Cheers - Tony
