Cyberlink Powerdirector causing pixelation on produced video

This is very annyoing. After editing, producing and uploading a video I notice that the whole video is garbage because of random pixelation.

What is causing this? Why is it not fixed?

Hi Lostedge,
Do you have hardware acceleration checked in Preferences? If so, uncheck and render the production again.

Video degredation is likely to occurr when:
1. Downscalling from HD to SD or less than SD.
2. Changing compression codecs from one to another.
3. Computer lacks processing power - on the edge of the minimum.
4. When Hardware Acceleration is checked in Preferences for some video formats.
