Im trying to burn a dvd with a menu, which I use to do all the time but now suddenly stopped working. I created a custom menu and its saved as one of the menu templates so thats no problem. But when I click to apply that custom menu (or any dvd menu for that matter), it just doesnt load. I waited a long time but when I click it it just ends up saying powerdirector is not responding then crashes. I really need to use the menu I made for my dvd. Any help please? Manuel

Manuel:

Sorry to hear about your problems with the menus. To rule out hardware issues, it would be helpful if you would attach your dxdiag file (instructions in the sticky note on the first page). That way, folks here can see if your computer is up to the task.

If hardware is not an issue, you might have a corrupt install. My first install of PD11 Ultimate did not install my menus at all, and I had to uninstall and reinstall to get them working properly.

Are you working with HD or SD video? That impacts computer resources. Menus add overhead to your project. A snapshot of your timeline might assist us to help you.

Hope this helps. Have a great day.
