Youcam 5 "Has stopped working"

Hi,
After my youcam 3 didn't ever work my friend had a copy of Youcam 5 and we installed it on my laptop all good and well. However after loading it for the first time. It said
"Youcam Has Stopped Working", After re installing it number of times It gives the same answer.

I don't know what to do

And please answer me this time. its kinda sad no one does.

Hi Michael.

After getting in contact with support for my last problem with Youcam 3. Cyberlink wanted a proof of purchase where I got it as a hardware bundle with samsungs laptop.

So I am not a very big fan of the support centre.

Hi xShaneElite, any updates on this for you? By the way, is there any other way to provide a proof of purchase if this software is bundled?

Can you also verify if this is not a trial version?
