I'm not sure why but I have 4 Titles, 8 Pips, 2 Particles, seems I'm missing a lot of stuff under these selections . I caught this because I'm building a video for my wife for her birthday and I clicked on the Titles tab to add some titles and there were only the 4 and I had a lot more ! I re-installed the following...

ContentPack_Essential
ContentPack_Premium
RomancePackv3
CreativeDesignPack_Travel
MagicStyle

which all came with my purchase of V11 in April. I've also lost my V10 packs which were there.

I am running Win7 64bit
4 gigs RAM
AMD 64 4600+ dual CPU
SSD hard drives

I need some help a.s.a.p. to get this video completed before her birthday, thanks in advance! ----------

I lost the Essential and Premium contents (only have Ultra so I don't have the other packs). I uninstalled those content packs and then installed them again.

When I tried to uninstall them the first time, I got an error message that SKRSet.xlm was missing, and the uninstall quit. I found the content pack install files in my Downloads folder and unzipped them to their own folder using 7z.exe. There is a Setup folder and within that somewhere is the SKRSet.xlm file. I copied the SKRSet.xlm file from each content pack's Setup folder to the Installshield folder.

Premium SKRSet.xlm goes here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{37672760-7930-4911-9685-227E29AE2C55}\Setup

Essential SKRSet.xlm goes here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{03AD770A-1530-437E-967F-ADD4E5B23164}\Setup

After that I was able to completely uninstall the packs so I could install them again.

I'm not sure how I lost both SKRSet.xlm files or why the contents weren't in the various Cyberlink content folders. Gateway DX4380, AMD A8-5500 Quad Core 3.2GHz with ATI Radeon HD 7560D; 16GB RAM; 1 TB SATA 7200 RPM; Windows 8 Pro 64-bit; PDR11, PDVD12.

I did not have an issue uninstalling the packages nor re-installing them. No errors, installs completed successfully according to the install software. ----------

!

I had problems with content pack, I think by having PD10 and PD11 on the same PC, I had to use a certain sequence.
ContentPack_Premium.
ContentPack_Essential.
all purposes to be installed on PD10 and PD11.
I think for those who only have PD11 should have no problems, and no need to install packages PD10. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
SSD SUV400S37240G / 2-HD WD 1TB
AMD Radeon R9 270 / AOC M2470SWD
Windows 7-64 / PD16 Ultimate

This was a clean install. I had a hard drive crash so had to re-install. PD10 wasn't installed this time, although it was last time I installed and everything worked fine. ----------

Is your Powerdirector 11 an upgrade, not a Full version?

Upgrade require the previous version or at least the CD Key of the previous version when you install.

It was an upgrade. I'll uninstall and re-install v10 and then install v11 and see if that works. ----------

OK, found something strange. I did all of the installations ...

V10 install - Great
V10 Content Packs - Great
V10 Other packs - Great
V11 upgrade - Great (but lost all content packs)
V11 Content Packs - Great (everything came back, have all content stuff)

This is where things go strange. Since everything worked fine I went ahead and installed the following ...

V11 Other packs in this order ...
CyberLink.CL_110829_RomancePackv3_MTP110329-03
CyberLink_CreativeDesignPack_Travel_CDP120424-01
CyberLink_MagicStyle_EFX111116-01

And now I've lost all my content stuff which prompted this post. Ugh!! So, I am attempting to just re-install the V11 Content Packs to see what happens. ----------

OK, reinstalled the V11 Content Packs and all is well now. I'd recommend installing the Other Packs first and then the Content Packs.

Thanks everyone for your input. ----------

If that worked...Good!

Did you do the activation steps before you installed the bonus packs?

In the case of a upgrade version, you should install the previous version (the one you upgraded).

Install the upgrade program EXE, The two Contents packs, then run PD11, enter the CD Key if asked, go to produce module (use the sample files) and activate the profiles that must be activated, AVCHD, Mpeg2, Create Disk(BluRay, DVD, AVCHD).

The ones listed here:
http://www.cyberlink.com/support/product-faq-content.do?id=12834&prodId=4&prodVerId=930

Then do the latest update.

Then finally install the bonus packs.

Bonus packs should be installed on a fully activated program.
