With a lot of work.

You cut some short clips from the whole movie and put together into one video with a Voice Over.

Further to Carl's advice you can use the Magic Style templates

Here's a tutorial. They are using PD7 in this but the basics are the same.



Or alternatively you can make your own 50 second teaser like this one
