Editing multiple audio clips using Audio Director

I'm attempting to take a stereo audio track, with multiple clips, and unlink the audio from the video. I think I can only do this one clip at a time. After unlinking all the clips, I select all the audio clips and copy them to another audio track. Now I select all the audio clips on the copied track, right click and select "edit audio". Wave editor is grayed out, but "Audio Director" is not. If I purchase and install Audio Director, can I then edit the multiple clips? What I wish to do is to take the audio from the left channel and apply it to both channels. I have about 100 clips in the project.

Hello cuartetto,

Is it the full retail version of PowerDirector/Director Suite you're using? I ask because the trial version does not install WaveEditor, which would explain why it's greyed out.

In PowerDirector, you can only export a single clip to AudioDirector at a time.

One way around this, to achieve your purpose, would be to produce your PD project to an audio only format (WAV, WMA etc) and import that file into AudioDirector for editing.
