I think not that has to rotate, an effect of particles, you can modify it by changing the movement, position, rotation, etc ...
It can be fun to learn and create particle effects.

Thanks, but unfortunately I will not have time to learn a lot of this interesting stuff, I'm just making a video in between my regular job. for example the "fantasy" in the particle section, power director v8 section (I'm using power director 11) the effect is a yellow clouds and sun. and some particles, I saw the particles I could move around, but I want the clouds upside down, so that I would look like I am above the clouds and not below them. any suggestions?

In the timeline, select the effect, Modify button, drag the effect, see image

there are two tracks there: background 2. laser. I know about rotating the laser, but I need to rotate, not just move, the background.

You can add a background image already rotated.
The most difficult is to find a picture of the effect, if they did not hand, have to open the folder to identify the effect.
If you want to get the folder of the effect.
try this path to effects downloaded.
C: \ Users \ Public \ CyberLink \ Downloaded Effects \ Particle Effects \ Particle_001 (folders, 001 onwards)

Hi rytis,

Will this work for you? (see link below)
I believe it's the exact same "Fantasy" particle, that you mentioned is available in the PD8 group of particles. Though this version has been modified to display upside down (or in a mirrored reverse position).
Once you've downloaded/installed it, you can then adjust the course and direction of the floating glowing particle bits to suit your project however you wish.

now if I could just control the transparency of this particle image background to make it less visible, I would be a happy camper: it looks so professional in the beginning when its fading in, but then it becomes too bright and looks silly.
