Can you crop a single frame to save as a single picture

I would like to take a single frame and save it as a picture. Can you do that and how do you do it?

I know there is the option in there... but don't use it because it's not very good.
I find it easier to play the video in full screen with a player, like media player or vlc, then taking a print screen and saving it.

Navigate to the frame you want and select the camera icon under the preview window. See image:


Edit : For Jackjt8 benefit, the second image shows that it is the same as high definition video rather than some lower quality.

You can, it is a snapshot, look for the camera icon below the preview player.

In preferences > File, Snapshot destination File, check Use original video size if possible.
The snapshot will be at the resolution of the original video I.E If full HD, 1920x1080.
