Fade transition reversing in produced videos.

All of a sudden, when I fade a video to black at the end, the produced video has it reversed so it goes black and then fade into normal color at the end.

Any fixes for this? Thanks.

The solution for me is to remove and reapply the transition.
If it happens very often, to avoid loss of time.
Saves the project ready, load it again and goes straight to Produce. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
