Saving combination of color board and text for continued use

I have a color board behind (on a higher track than) some text that I use as a Name and Title Plate at the beginning of my videos. I'd like to repeat this same name and title plate. Right now, I'm opening an older video, selecting both tracks and copying, then pasting them into a new project. Is there a way to save these two so that I can use them on all future projects without going through this copy and paste process?

How about taking a snapshot of the color board when it's on the timeline. Then you can use the jpeg snapshot as the background in the Title Designer. Add your title and then do a Save As. Gateway DX4380, AMD A8-5500 Quad Core 3.2GHz with ATI Radeon HD 7560D; 16GB RAM; 1 TB SATA 7200 RPM; Windows 8 Pro 64-bit; PDR11, PDVD12.
