Problem with Patch 2707 to Cyberlink PowerDirector

I have PowerDirector Ultimate 11 PL. When I updates to version 2707 program crash. Reinstall not help. PowerDirector sometimes open but sometimes failed to open.

PowerDirector Ultimate 11.0.0.2707 PL x64bit
My laptop configuration: My configuration: Win 7 HP x64bit Core i5, graphics card AMD 7670M and Intel HD 4000

ScreenCapture error says:
I open program and program crash with comment: The ingredients are not ready. Errors may have occurred during installation. Reinstall.

In English, what does the ScreenCapture error says? _______________________________________

OS: Windows 7 x 64bit (Home Premium)
Motherboard: Gigabyte H55M-USB3

This is no solution my problem within this thread, nothing helps. When I open program an error pops up, I click OK!. Opening again and again error, I clicked Ok!, I open again and the program works. Maybe the problem is in the animated logo that appears at the starting? When sometimes animated logo stopped on startup and I click OK! program open - is OK! Working!
