I took the time and trouble to mark various places in my original project where I need to split, add effects, change tracks, etc. After reading the various means of rendering only one of many clips, I chose the "easy" version - copy and paste to a new project, save as a separate file, render it, then bring them all back together.
This, to me, is MUCH preferable to the only other option I've seen, which is to save the main project various times then delete all other clips. My project is long, with 14+ clips, and this would be extremely time consuming.
BUT ... the markers did NOT copy over!
Is there a way to copy the markers also into a new project with the "cut and paste" option? Or can someone suggest a better way to do this?
Thank you!
EDIT: I just noticed that if I try to just resave the project with new names, then delete the clips before and after the clip I am editing and move the clips to the beginning of the timeline, I lose ALL my markers.
