How do I create a DVD with no menu in PD 11?

I see lots of old posts on this, but in PD 11 how do I create a DVD with no menu? If I select a "no menu" template it still shows a menu on the Preview screen.

Choose "No Menu / Apply All Pages" only that AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
