Hello......I had the DVD for version 8 and later upgraded to version 11 online. My computer died and now I am back to version 8 (used the DVD). When I upgraded to 11, I purchased the ability to download it again online. However, I don't see that in my account. Does anyone know how I can download the upgrade to 11 again?

Thank you!

You will have to contact support for a new link. I also recommend that you burn it to disc, along with the product key and any available updates. __________________________________

If Digital River handled your PD11 order transaction, then you might be able to go to their website and download it. Of course if Digital River didn't handle your order, then all this means nothing.

If you have your order number for PD 11, or even if you don't, you might be able to get it from www.findmyorder.com. That's a Digital River web site that handled the order transaction for my purchase.

When you purchased PD11, you probably entered a password specifically for that purchase. That is the password you need, not your Cyberlink account password. If you don't have a password, then you can use the last 5 digits of your credit card that you used.
