How do I go about getting a refund for this software when the official email request address returns this message? :

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

customerservice@asknet.com/session/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx== (actual numbers masked by x's)

I seem to be getting redirected to a company called "asknet.com". I purchased this software from Cyberlink. I need to contact Cyberlink. Surely there is a direct email for Cyberlink that I can send my message to?
