Magic style not appearing

Of all the magic styles available the only one that seems to work is Interactive. I currently have Broadway, Voyage of discovery 2.0 (which is the one I wanted to use), Original, Navigation, Fast motion and Slow motion downloaded and available, but any other theme does not seem to appear - besides Interactive. The only thing that appears is the music and the file I add from the library i.e. background. Am I doing something wrong or is something missing here?

I assume that you have placed all of your images and videos you want in the video on the timeline.

Select all of the timeline. Click the Magic Styles button on the Left of the timeline.

In my Magic Styles, I have two windows full of magic styles. One of which is the Voyage of Discovery 2.0.
After selecting then clicking Apply the show is generated.

I have to ask, did you install the Contents Packages that came with Powerdirector 11?
If you have the downloaded version, there are at least three downloaded files, One Program and Two Contents.
And maybe a Bonus download.

The Boxed version is one Disk.

There are more magic styles than shown.

No, I only downloaded the PD program. We find the contents package in our cyberlink account?

You should have gotten a email from where you bought Powerdirector. That email would have a link to download the program and contents.

If it has been some time ago, you will probably have to contact your seller to get the links restored.

Got another problem too that I am having. Since I purchased PD, I have had nothing but problems downloading. And I believe it might be an issue with my ISP. It is related to a proxy server, where, I am unable to connect to certain websites. For example, usually, anyone here with this particular ISP is unable to connect to the Microsoft website to make downloads, i.e. Microsoft updates don't usually work. Only sometimes. When I see the windows update icon in my system tray notification area, that means it's working that day. Also, my website - http://www.thebrazilianlanguage.com - I sometimes cannot get an update in real time after I have made changes, i.e. updates don't appear right away.

The challenge I have today is; receive this message after attempting to make an update for PD11:

An error occured during the download process and could not successfully complet. Do you wnat to try restarting the download process: (Error type MD5 checking).

Is there a way of getting past the MD5 check? Note: that I also tried temporarily disabling my firewall and antivirus.

Carl has pointed you in the right direction. Sorry we can not assist you if you have ISP issues. PDR11 could have been purchased in disc form rather than via a download, that would have been a better option especially as you were aware of your ISP limitations.
