Jim -

The ElveOne menu template appears to be unmodifiable.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the feed back...wonder where I went wrong...maybe the clips I used to preview it?
Other than that what is your thoughts on the design?
I will redo the template and hope for the best.

I doubt it, Jim, since menu templates with video content cannot be uploaded to DZ. The clips you used to preview the menu wouldn't be embedded anyway. They're not part of the template.

An odd thing just happened. I reinstalled your .dzm file & now the Modify button isn't greyed out. I just modified it. You wouldn't recognise it now, apart from the butterfly button!

Jim - I'm afraid pink fairies & elves aren't my cup of tea, but that customised thumbnail frame (the butterfly) is impressive. Perhaps you could describe the steps you took to make it.

Cheers - Tony

Hi Tony,
The whole project was designed and layed out in a vector drawing programs I have Xara Designer Pro, the program is amazing. The butterfly Button started out a a silhoutte in the drawing program and I add an outline quite thick, with no fills, converted to line shapes, added color (pattern), then added a bevel, to the shape.
This was exported as a png file.
The png file was brought into my PhotoPaint where I created the mask area withing the outline, and exported as a mask file.
Jim
p.s. I do all my background and object with Xara Designer as I can create at 1920X1080 page size and view what it would look like on a 24" monitor full screen also been vector displays without being pixel dependent. I did create a 4K background for the new 4K resolution (whatever can't remember the exact dimensions) but didn't help as my equipment only does 1920X1080 LOL
p.s.s If you would like the Butterfly and mask let me know I email to you or post it here
