I have two .VOB clips from a professionaly made DVD. The end of the first clip seamlessly plays into the first of the second on the origingal DVD. When I import them into PD, I get a hickup at the transition. On the timeline there is no gap. Recommendations?

Thanks,

W. Wolfe Thanks for your support,

You may wish to place a fade transition at the joint, very very brief, to mask it.
Also, if you start having odd things happen with your vobs, convert to Mpeg2. Some folks, myself included, have weird vob issues. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

Hi William -

Of course! Just insert each VOB separately, then go to Produce > MPEG-2 DVD HQ. Name your produced files like your original VOBs for simplicity - e.g. "VTS_01_1.VOB" >>> "VTS_01_1.MPEG"

Cheers - Tony
