Is 1920x1080 60P re-rendered in non SVRT mode ?

I have been producing some 60P videos, input 1920x1080, output in the same format. As expected , in SRVT mode there is no rendering of unmodified video, eg. titles transitions etc. So the output looks as good as the input.

I have been surprised to see when producing a video, with the SVRT box unchecked and monitoring the output, that the video looks just about as good.

Is that video in the non SVRT mode rendered in its entirety?

Is the purpose of SRVT primarily to speed rendering.?

Without SVRT "On", all streams are re-rendered though the quality is very good. I recomend that the best balance between quality and compatibility is to not use CPU rendering without B frames (see other thread). PD 64 Bit-Win10 64 Bit-32GB RAM-80TB HDD
