Hi everyone,

For anyone who’s interested, here’s a map mask tutorial / tip, on how to improve the look of an animated map when using PD11’s Paint Designer.

The first half of the tutorial revisits the standard technique of using the paint tool to create the animated map.
(A full tutorial on this technique can be found on Cyberlink’s Youtube channel and the DirectorZone.)
So if you're already familiar with the drawing technique, you can fast forward ahead to the 02:50 mark in this tutorial.
The second half (starting at 02:50), shows how to create and apply a map mask, in order to get a cleaner looking end result.

Great job Cranston,

Did you find super powers in Tokyo or just walk home? I see you didn't have/need the plane anymore.
