Endless "rendering"

What causes this? I can be going along just fine, working on a project, and then I will do a cut or an edit and Power Director will just go into this huge rendering process that takes ages. I dread this. My computer is brand new and plenty fast (i5, 8 GB or RAM, Windows 7). Help!

Thanks,

Chris

Chris: Another guess. There was an issue with the current nvidia driver that caused endless rendering. Updating to the latest, or the second last, build of PD11 will resolve that issue.

Here's the link for updates: http://www.cyberlink.com/downloads/support/powerdirector-ultra/patches_en_CA.html

Hope this helps. Have a great day.
