i can't upload the videos on you tube and facebook

i go on produce then i click on you tube but the autorization's window is totally white and for facebook is the same thing!! what can i do? this power director version is the last but i can't understand this kind of error!

Are you uploading a 3D video?

If your video is a 2D video you have the wrong tab selected.

Select the 2D tab.

Then see what happens. That window should not be blank in any case.

Check that your Video Driver is up to date. Go the manufacturer's web site.
Quicktime should be Version 7.7.3.

You may need to re-install Powerdirector.
