How to register PowerDVD CODECS to Windows 8?

I have clean Windows 8 Pro 64bit and I installed PowerDVD 12 Ultra in a clean install.
But i miss PowerDVD CODECS in system! The lastest patch applied.
They are not registered, so I can not use them in other app.
Before clean install on old system Win8 where was PowerDVD upgraded from 10 to 11 to 12 were codecs fond OK and were working fine.
Whats wrong?

I bought PowerDVD with reason to have Strong codecs in system!
