Hi,
If you use a search engine such as Google you will fine the error code relates to you needing to possibly clean up your temp files*. The error message looks to be a common one for all burning software.

Are you just burning the mp4 to discs and not making DVDs that will play on a DVD player (author DVD)?
If you are authoring a DVD, why don't you just make a folder set and use that to burn your DVD?
