Hey guys. Whenever I try to playback Harry Potter Deathly Hallows part 2 I get a message saying that I need to upgrade my firmware or playback software. This is the one and only movie I get this with. Avengers is working fine by the way.

Check the region settings. Compare it with The Avengers and see if it makes a difference.
