Get a popup dialog "You must update Cyberlink PowerDVD to continue playback of this software" Yes/No.
Pick "Yes".
Get an information dialog "Player application update / Update complete."
Try to play the disk. Get the initial error dialog all over again -- the disk cannot be played despite several repeated updates. Rebooting does not help, nor does running PowerDVD as an administrator.
