For now, when I ever reinstall my system, which is rare yet happens, I have to first install the OEM version of PowerDVD9 from the disks of my Blu-Ray reader, then upgrade to 10 ultra, and then finally upgrade to 12 ultra. This is pretty annoying, and also can be pretty risky - if my Blu-Ray drive ever "dies", hardware wise, I'll be screwed.

Wouldn't it be possible to make a "total upgrade" system, where you enter the various serials of the different upgrade versions you have, and it would generate a new serial code for the latest version you own, so you can directly install that version?

Food for thoughts, I hope you will consider this.
