Is my PC adequate to run PD9?

Wondering if anyone can comment on whether or not my PC is adequate to run PD9. If you would care to advise please see attached files. It seems to be very temperamental, cannot string more that about 3 minutes of video together before it either hangs or displays the attached error message. If you click a bit too soon after last command it crashes. Initially, support responded but now seems to have lost interest.

You graph streaming error may be cleared up by you rebooting and making sure your video files you are editing are on the hard drive.
And not on some external media.

Your Dxdiag.txt file shows you have a 64 bit OS, but you only have 4GB of ram installed. Your system would run smoother if you doubled your ram.

Thank you Carl, I will upgrade the RAM on my PC. You mention hard drive Is it really important to have files on the primary HD?

No, but the files must be on the computer. If you have external storage, when you disconnect the external source you get black place holders in place of the videos.

The files must be available for PD to edit.

I use a partition on my hard drive for editing videos. The OS is on Drive C and the editing drive is D on my machine.
