I recently came across a website that provides extensive information on the performance Adobe CS products on various hardware combinations (http://ppbm5.com/index.html). Are these results applicable to PD 10 and 11? Does PD utilize multi-threading and multiple cores? I think the answer is yes and it also uses the graphic process for rendering.

I am in the process of buying a new machine and am wondering if the information provided in these bench mark test should be considered given that I will be using PD and not Adobe CS software.
