Program crash when trying to upload to Youtube

PD 10 works fine now that I have upgraded my PC (see profile)
But when I try upload to Youtube the program crashes and immediately closes. I have tried various tweeks on the PC, but to no avail.
Anyone else had this problem? MB: Asus M5A99X Evo
CPU: AMD FX8150 Eight Core
Ram: 16GB Corsair 1666mhz
HDD: Various. All SATA 7200 RPM
Enermax Water Cooling
Asus Geforce GTX 650
Window 8.1 (64 Bit)

Yes, we have all had that problem one time or another.

The best advice is you produce a video on your computer and then use the Youtube upload in your account.

There are several WMV profiles that are good of uploading to Youtube.
Windows Video 9 Full HD quality (1920x1080) is the full HD profile.

Windows Video 9 HD Standard Quality is the 1280x720 profile. It may be too low bit rate. The default profile in PD 9 is only 6 Mbps.
It may be better in PD10. (You should have 8 Mbps at least).

You can use other profiles of your choice for Youtube upload, WMV produces smaller videos to upload.

I have used MP4, M2TS and WMV.
