In the PD11 Edit --> Preferences --> General you can set the TV Format as options you can select 25, 30, 50 or 60 fps as hence you get a frame accurate timeline for each of these settings. Anyone come up with a hack / workaround to get 24fps?
Thanks

FYI - the values for this setting are stored in the Registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CyberLink\PowerDirector11\DisplayCurFrame with the following values
25fps = 00 00 00 00
30fps = 01 00 00 00
50fps = 02 00 00 00
60fps = 03 00 00 00

I've tried a few other values but PD always resets in back to 25fps.... PD 64 Bit-Win10 64 Bit-32GB RAM-80TB HDD

Hi Nathan,
Looks like you've identified the instruction value for the frame rate for the program and not the place which generates the value - if that makes sense.

I recently switched from 60fps to 50fps to test your other post and see the values as you've stated for 50fps.

Finding a "hack" for 24fps and 59.97fps would be interesting

Dafydd
