Massive glitchy problems

Hello,

I'm having some issues with the PowerDirector 10.0 Deluxe. The main issue is whenever I try to play any clips, whether that's in a playback, or after I've edited and produce them - even if I've uploaded it onto youtube or onto a USB, the video will freeze and the audio will continue.

This happens when the video is an .mov, mp4 and or any of the other formats.

I've exhausted all the methods I can possibly think of to rectify the problem so I'm hoping you can provide one?

Many thanks,
Ayse

Upgrading may not be needed. Perhaps all you need is a re-install. Please post Part B (dxdiag.exe) result. so we can look at your computer.

Have you installed any new programs lately? Have you done a registry clean? Did it ever work correctly - how long ago?
Have you just tried to re-install the program? What happened?

jonas: Where did you get the information that Cyberlink doesn't support V10 anymore? If they don't, we still do.

Ayse,

Please provide PART A, and PART B, it's easy-peazy.
The Dxdiag file you create (Part B) has no personal info in it, just the specs/drivers of your rig. I'll bet someone here can diagnose an issue or 2.
As for Jonas's statement "Move to PD11, Cyberlink no longer supports PD10 issues", that's not exactly true, as there was a patch for it October 10th, and PD11 has been out for a while, and with NVidia driver issues, I suspect there may be 1 more patch, there certainly SHOULD be! That being said, your best support may be here with the volunteers. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.
