I've got PD9...should I upgrade?

I'm, like most in this economy, on a budget. I recently came into a bit of extra cash and am trying to best figure out how to spend it. One thing on my to do list is to looking at upgrading from PD9 to 10. Now I see 11 is out. 10 is cheaper though. So in the opinion of the long time users, would you spend the money to upgrade, and if so, would you upgrade to 10 or to 11?

If i had to spend the money for PD 11 and I have Powerdirector 9 Ultra, I would not spend the money.

I have Powerdiretor 9 Ultra and still use it.

I also have Powerdirector 11 and love it.

I can use either pretty much interchangeably.
