How can I have smaller increments than one second on the timeline?

I am trying to match audio to video but Powerdirector only lets me shift the audio in one second increments. How can I get finer control, maybe .1 second increments?

Thank you,

Chris

Hi cmorris976,
Nothing wrong with the question.

I've put up a couple of small videos on where/how to expand a track to frame level after reading your post.
