Clip audio level adjustment

Hi all! Just starting using PD11 ultimate yesterday, so there is a lot to cover!

My first question concern the audio level adjustment of clips. I have found the two draggable (left and right side of each clip) keys, which is fine if sound is to ramp up or down. But I have a lot of short clips with a some wind noise, and I would like to adjust the clip volume for the whole clip in the most simple way possible.

The intuitive way (which I am used to from other software) is to drag the level marker in the middle of a clip, but in PD11 that only insert a key. How can I achieve this in the simplest way? I am sure I am overlooking something here :
