The normal fade should work. In that situation I usually open the movie and first picture in PiP Designer and fade the movie out and fade the picture in, or vice versa. You get a short dark between. __________________________________

Welcome to the volunteer forum

Further to Jaime's advice here's a tutorial about transitions.

In this example they are using PD10 but the principals are the same for PD11.
