Is "Alternative Versions" / "Seemless Branching" of Projects Possible?

Occasionally I'd like to have a shorter "Highlights" Version of a Project and instead of creating a whole new project, I was wondering if there is any way in PD11 to defining something like a BD Playlists? Eg, in the same Project, create a second "Title" that just uses say Chapter 2 and 6 or say time codes 1:00 - 2:00 and 13:00 - 14:00 from an existing project.

Ideally you could then create a "BD" with both "versions" using seamless branching to keep the disk space down.

Alternatively, I guess I could (though keeping it all in sync gets hard)
- Save it as a new project and start manually cutting stuff out.
- Create a new project with the output and cut stuff out (but transitions would not work well if the new cut is at a transition point)
- Other Ideas?

Thanks
Nathan
