Today i tested the new pd11. But the same Rendering Issue as in Version 10. I'm very dissapointed. All new Geforce Drivers since 304.48 to 306.23 causes the Rendering Problem.

Any response from NVidia yet. I'm sure you asked them and posted on their site! .

Don't know who is resonsible for this issue. The new Geforce Drivers works very well in magix videodeluxe. Only PD10 and now 11 makes trouble to work. Or isn't it?

I've send mail to Nvidia and Cyberlink Support. But no answer yet.

It is nVidia at blame as all previous drivers worked without issue

Hi,
Maybe it works in your magix software cause it is 32 bit not 63Bit? and maybe Magix software doesn't use CUDA?

Please read messages more carefully, the latest version of nVidia driver causes issues for me as well and I have a GTX 680, however, users of nVidia cards have had NO rendering issues with previous WHQL driver releases, it has nothing to do with magix or 63 bit OS whatever that is.

Hi,
I did read the post correctly...I was just stating that PD 10 and above utilize 64Bit systems and CUDA...the 304> drivers have trouble with cuda...Magix software may not utilize the CUDA to render and so you wouldn't have problems right
the new Geforce 304.?/ drivers give my machine problems but the 301 drivers don't.
I have Geforce 560ti graphics card and new Nvidia drivers give me rendering problems...301 doesn't

The newest Magix Deluxe Supports Cuda, too. And it supports more than 4gb, than its 64 bit. I think.
Hope it's only a Bug in the Geforce Driver. And, of Course, Cuda was supported since PD Version 8, i think. This isnt 64 bit. Is there a problem, too?

Until Nvidia fixes this problem I wont buy anymore PowerDirector versions.

Editing on PD without CUDA is so much worse, and I don't have the patience to go back to 301.42 every time I want to edit a video and then install the 306.23 to play the latest games.

This is so stupid.

Perhaps its time to change to another video editing program

It won't do you any good to threaten CL with your lack of purchase, their not that close to going bust and only you will miss out on the latest video editing program.

nVidia have not made that many improvements in games from 301 to 304 so running 301 for all your video applications is the best way to go until a fix.

CL can't fix the program for the video card driver, if nVidia down the track fix it then CL have to provide another patch, this could go on forever.

It has been advised on another forum that nvidia is aware of the issue and has a 'team' woring on it

This is not sure. Eventually it could be a bug in Cyberlinks Software. Solely because all drivers before 304.48 do this work, there is no garantuee that newer will done this well.

Couldn'nt be there a incompatibilty between Cyberlink and CUDA ?
Statement from Cyberlink is needed.

I Think Nvidia and Cyberlink should have more conversation

I'm not blaming CL, I blame Nvidia. They know of this problem since the release of 302.59 Beta 64-bit 05/19/2012.

The Geforce 302.24 don't have this issue. But - i Think - you cant't youse this driver.

It's non official.

I've the GTX670M, and there is no driver since 304.48 to use from nvidia. Only an old Driver from Manufacturer. It is the 296.xx.

Very helpful.

Users, Describe this Bug to Nvidia and Cyberlink. It's the only hope to use a great program without this issue. Because there is no solution thats works (without take off CUDA)
