Someone already noticed that the competitor Pinacle 16 is very similar to its appearance in PD10, until a butterfly box.

There are just so many options to go around. It is hard to develop a new one.

Are you aware that Corel has now bought Pinnacle from AVID? Corel already owns Roxio. It looks like the video editing options are getting smaller!
