your vague way of saying that you arent going to update powerdvd 10 and the only way to use the bd drive it came with is to pay more money for stupid upgrade is infuriating... please update software for us people who are less financially blessed. thanks

i mean really, to boost your public image as a company and customer loyalty, just be honest and tell us your plan was to make powerdvd 10 obsolete.

At the moment I am using PowerDVD10, which plays DVDs but not Blu Rays (am using windows . IF I upgrade to PowerDVD12 or later will you guarantee that I will be able to play Blu Ray films? I don't want to pay out £37.99 for PowerDVD13 and the Blu Ray drive STILL not work!
