I take a small clip out of the larger video, go to power tools and select Video Crop. I move the bounding box to where I want at the start and finish of clip. When I hit play the box stays where I want.

When I click OK and play back, the crop is smaller. So where I have selected the crop to be above the model's head and at the knee, it is now cropped above the eyebrows and at the knee..

I have exited program and tried a different video with same results.

Any ideas?

I updated to latest version and now back to normal.

If this happens again is there some keystroke combination that will reset PD to defaults? In Photoshop this cures a lot of strange things.

I do not know of any keystroke for reset.

Powerdirector records everything done in editing in the PDS file. So anything that was done is remembered.
There is a undo if you have not restarted powerdirector. The undo is cleared each time you close the Project file.

If you start with a new PDS file and start over that will remove all edits and Powerdirect will be starting from normal.
