Deceptive website makes it look like powerDVD 12 standard pleys Bluray

I have been a customer of Cyberlink for many years and own a number of their applications.
I purchased a copy of Power DVD 12 Standard because it indicated on the website that it is the best Cluray player.
After installing it I find that the standard version will no play Bluray and it promps me to upgrade!

Has anyone else out there experienced this? It is enough to put me off of their products.

I would like to know who else has had this experience.

Seems to be a missing description whenever english language is used. For other languages it is clearly stated which version can do what e.g. spanish. Here is the complete version comparison though. Write to the support and explain to them that you chose the wrong version. They should help you. Also you could get a refund.

Please compare english vs spanish. The latter has bold description under the blue version text missing with the first one. Not everyone reads the complete version comparison in the first place.
