Why would I pay 24.99 for voice support....


It should be FREE since I got the Utlra version .
plus they don't respond to emails any way ... why should people have this software where there is no freaking support

Hmmmm...I've never had an issue with their email support...though, you do have to log into the members area and check because their system doesn't seem to send out a reply notification.

Yes it does. When there is a reply from support it sends you an email with a link to it.
