Off and On when I post a reply or click a post I get logged out. Does this happen to anyone else

Only if the cookies are deleted on exit of IE or for any other reason.

The Log-In records a Cookie in your Temporary Internet Files, If you delete those Temporary Internet files, goodbye Log-In. Actually if the cookies are deleted. The other Temp Internet files mean nothing.

Bab et al -

There's something going down. Over in the DZ (used to be) forum, which has some issues anyway, I decided to change my avatar since the other one wasn't displaying. OK - logged in - edited profile - changed avatar. Nothing else was changed at all (email etc)... I became a whole new member!

Both forums are powered by JForum (which is free software). There's probably something in that!

The server used by the forums is always slow... a 10MB download (for me) from other sites & email server takes moments, but downloading the same sized attachment here is a 4-5 minute job.

Server + software + setup =
