PD 2011 stopped working after installing/uninstalling PD 3.

It says that PD 2011 is expired.

Is this right? Is there a way to get PD 2011 to work again?

I have an "exclusive CD key" that I received from Cyberlink.

Which versions of PhD are currently installed on your PC?

Did you uninstall PhD 2011 before installing PhD3? Was your PdD3 installer an upgrade from PhD11?

That "expired" alert typically applies only to trial versions.

Currently, there are no versions of PhD installed on my PC. I don't know what specific version number it was.

I did not uninstall PhD 2011 before installing PhD3.

Hmmm......I'm not sure. But I installed it alongside PhD11.

It was not a trial key. It was issued to me for delivering "suggestions and feedback". The email says it is to "access your free official version of Photodirector 2011".

It worked fine for many months, until I tried PhD3.

suggest to contact our support - I guess you received a free copy of PHD2011 after participating the beta test?

if you still used the PhotoDirector 2011 beta - it is expired now.
