Forgive me, but you seem to be going on the assumption that I don't know what I'm doing. I build and repair computers for a living.
I could be trite and confrontational and say "So why are you asking for help?"
But let's be clear here - no-one here works for CL, no-one here owes anyone else anything, anyone trying to help does so in their own time, out of the goodness of their heart.
Folk try their best to help, sometimes those with a problem co-operate, sometimes they don't and life gets a bit of a pain.
There are stickies at the head of the forum, they are there for a purpose - not to make someone's life difficult, but to help everyone get to the right place quickly, effectively and successfully.
Putting it bluntly, you're the guy with the problem, whether you buy PD or not makes not one jot of difference to anyone here, but maybe, just maybe, someone has the answer to your problem.
Of course whether they want to bother themselves to "pull teeth" in getting to the root of your problem is up to them. Personally, I've always found it more productive, if I have a problem, to ask nicely and then give any information properly requested. Maybe you operate differently?
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated. (see below)
